Fish Dishes
We offer fresh fish on our daily specials menu almost every day.
Our dishes feature both saltwater fish and locally sourced fish from Schiefer Fish Farm in St. Martin in Passeier. During the summer, we serve fresh trout.
Cakes
Verena’s most beloved specialties are her homemade cakes (also available gluten-free) and delicious desserts. We also prepare cakes for birthdays and other special occasions upon advance order.

Dry Aged Beef
Our specialty for meat lovers: locally sourced dry-aged beef and pork from Pfelders and the surrounding area.
The meat is dry-aged for 4 to 6 weeks and then carefully prepared by our team to create a truly exceptional culinary experience.
