Grünboden-Express

With the Grünboden-Express, travel from 1,601 m to 2,001 m in just 3.18 minutes! Starting from the picturesque village of Pfelders, the lift takes you directly to 2,000 metres above sea level, into the heart of the Texel Group Nature Park. Discover a wide range of fascinating hiking trails and excursion destinations surrounded by breathtaking alpine scenery.

Passeier Valley Cattle Drive

The traditional Passeier Valley Cattle Drive takes place in Pfelders on the second or fourth Saturday of September.

From around 11:00 a.m., the festively decorated cattle return from the Lazins Alpine Pasture after spending the summer in the high alpine meadows. At approximately 12:00 noon, the traditional cattle drive passes through the village of Pfelders and continues to the festival grounds.
